Early Life & Education
March 31st, 1993 marked the birth date of Garima Jain in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The name of her father is unknown and Archana Jain is the name of her mother. She has a brother who is an entrepreneur, Dhairya Jain.
Shishukunj International School in Indore was where she completed her education and graduated. After finishing her studies in Indore, Garima relocated to Mumbai to pursue a career in entertainment. Although she has a degree in commerce, she has always had a preference for the creative arts. Her love for acting eventually resulted in her exploring opportunities in Indian television.
Career
During the beginning period of her career Jain signed consecutively episodic roles in Gudgudee as Pinky, Balika Vadhu as Ananya, Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein as Rashmi, Devon Ke Dev…Mahadev as Urmila, Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein as Shreya and Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon as Garima. Following her supporting role in Aaj Ki Housewife Hai…Sab Jaanti Hai (2012-13), she appeared as herself on MTV Timeout with Imam and Love Dosti Dua.
Jain appeared in two television shows at once from 2013 to 2014: Mahabharat and Main Naa Bhoolungi, both of which were mythological shows. She portrayed Dushala in the first movie and Arya Jagannath in the second one. She was a part of three televised series in 2015, including Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Hello Pratibha, and 2025 Jaane Kya Hoga Aage. Her 2016 started off with a special appearance in Kavach…Kaali Shaktiyon Se.
Jain's debut in Hindi film was Hivade Me Fute Laadu (2016), and then she portrayed a reporter in Mardaani 2 (2019), which was both critically acclaimed and commercially successful. Aafat-e-Ishq is the only film she will be releasing in 2021.
